The School Board offers gym uniform items in both child and adult sizes. We usually have all items in stock. Orders for items that are in stock will be filled within a week. The gym uniform consists of:
Royal blue shorts with school logo
Royal blue T-shirt with school logo
Royal blue sweatshirt with school logo
Royal blue sweatpants with school logo
All students must be in complete gym uniform on their designated gym days.
We're sorry but we can not accept returns, however exchanges can be made within 2 business days.

Please print the order form (or obtain a copy of the form from the school office), fill in your requested items and return to the school office with cash or check payment. We prefer that you use the Excel file, which you can fill in on your computer and it will calculate your purchase amount automatically. If you do not have Excel on your computer, please use the PDF file to print a copy of the form.
